AnalystVarun ("we", "us") is a Power BI & data analytics studio operated from India. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used. We keep it deliberately simple — we collect the minimum needed to run the site and respond to inquiries.

Information you give us

Contact & booking forms: name, email, company, budget and project details — used only to respond to your inquiry.
Free audit popup: name, phone number, designation and city — used to contact you about the audit you requested.
Free DAX cheat sheet: your email — used only to send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
WhatsApp: if you choose to chat via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Form and email submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and are never sold or shared with third parties.

Information collected automatically

Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect standard, aggregated usage statistics under their own privacy policies. We do not log individual visits ourselves.
Region-based pricing: the site reads your browser's time zone locally to decide whether to show Indian or international pricing. No request is made and nothing is stored.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local/session storage only for functional purposes: remembering that you dismissed the audit popup, and similar preferences. Nothing in it identifies you personally.

Third-party services

The site relies on: EmailJS (form delivery, only if configured), Google Apps Script/Sheets (form storage), Cal.com (call booking) and WhatsApp (optional chat). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. The site shows no advertising.

Data retention & your rights

Inquiry and email data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose you submitted it. You can ask us to view or delete your data at any time — email varunchaubey34@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll action it within 7 days.

Children

This site provides business services and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
