A standard Power BI dashboard (1 data source, up to 5 pages) is typically delivered in 1–2 weeks. A Full BI Solution with SQL modeling, ETL pipeline, and cloud deployment takes 3–6 weeks. Python automation projects take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. Timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Under ₹10,000: full upfront. Larger projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Simple invoice sent before each payment. Accepted methods: UPI, bank transfer (India), PayPal, and Wise (international). No payment is required before the free discovery call.

Typically I start within 2–3 business days of onboarding and payment. For urgent requirements, same-week starts are possible — just mention it when booking or message me directly on WhatsApp.

To share reports securely within your organization (behind login, with role-level security), Power BI Pro is required (~₹700/user/month or included in Microsoft 365 E3/E5). Yes. I set up scheduled refresh so the dashboard pulls fresh data automatically — daily, hourly, or at your preferred interval — without any manual action. I also configure a data gateway if needed for on-premise data sources. You'll never need to manually refresh the report.

Yes — this is one of the most common requests. I'll build a Python automation script that pulls your data from its source, applies the same logic you do manually, and generates the finished report automatically on a schedule.
